Process for Website Design & Development

Step #1: Initial FREE consultation

RAHM offers an initial FREE 45 minute consultation to discuss your unique website requirements. Once you complete the consultation request form, we will contact you to schedule the consultation, which can take place over the phone or at your place of business (if local) – your choice. The consultation will help determine the graphic design work, photo requirements, additional consultation time, amount of content, and other relevant elements involved in your project. It is this information that we will use to personally calculate the cost of your website, providing an estimate that reflects your individual needs and not a predetermined package. Following the consultation, we will send a written estimate and custom project proposal for your review. All you have to do at this point is sign the agreement and make a down payment, and we can move forward with your project.

Step #2: Web design phase

To determine the ideal layout for your website, RAHM will provide JPG sketches for your review. We will then discuss the design concepts during feedback sessions, fine tune the layout you approve, and build a coded sample web page based on that layout.

Step #3: Web page development

After you approve the coded sample web page, RAHM will build the remaining pages of your website. During this phase, you will submit all of the content that you would like your site to feature, or if desired, we can write it for you! If you prefer to submit your own content, RAHM uniquely offers professional proofreading services, ensuring that your site will be satisfyingly clear and favorably flawless. All you have to do is provide the information, and we will take it from there.

Step #4: Website goes live

After all of your hard work in making your website an ideal representation of you and your business, it will be ready to go live! As soon as all fees and expenses have been paid, your site will be uploaded and ready to welcome visitors.
